vivo S70 Expected Soon With Teleconverter Support
While the vivo S60 series only made its Chinese debut this past May, rumors are already swirling regarding its successor. Fresh leaks indicate that vivo is rapidly developing the S70, with a particular emphasis on enhanced zooming capabilities.
Renowned industry insider Digital Chat Station took to Weibo to disclose that the upcoming S-series handset will be equipped with a 64MP Sony LYT610 periscope telephoto lens, which is expected to support a teleconverter for superior long-range photography.

Technical details from the latest engineering prototypes suggest the vivo S70 will sport a 6.59-inch AMOLED LTPS panel boasting a 1.5K resolution. Under the hood, the device is anticipated to run on a Snapdragon 8s series processor, with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 being the most probable candidate.
Interestingly, the tipster noted in a follow-up comment that vivo experimented with a secondary rear-facing display during the early stages of development. However, this feature was reportedly discarded before the final design was locked in.
If these reports hold true, the vivo S70 could officially hit the market as early as next month.
