Following its recent announcement, the vivo Y600 has officially entered the pre-order phase in China, with general availability scheduled for October 30. The standout feature of this device is its colossal 10,000mAh battery, a component that has already secured a Guinness World Record for its exceptional endurance.

To validate its stamina, the device underwent a rigorous Guinness World Records evaluation, where it maintained a continuous livestream for 32 hours and 37 minutes. To keep this massive cell topped up, vivo has implemented 44W wired fast charging, and the device also supports reverse wired charging to power other gadgets.

On the hardware front, the Y600 features a 6.83-inch AMOLED panel boasting a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it is driven by the Dimensity 7300e chipset. Photography is handled by a 50MP main rear camera and an 8MP sensor for selfies.

Further enhancing its utility, the smartphone includes an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, NFC capabilities, and a fingerprint scanner integrated beneath the display.

Based on the technical specifications and aesthetic choices, it appears the Y600 is a localized rebranding of the vivo S2 FE or the V80 Lite tailored specifically for the Chinese audience.
